INDIAN FOOD

In India you eat well , in quantity and at a very affordable price. When you see the first restaurant menu of traditional Indian food you will be stunned by the amount of different dishes that they offer .

Interestingly, Hindus ( the majority religion in India) are vegetarian. Therefore, many restaurants do not serve meat of any kind.

In addition to its extensive use of vegetables, beans and rice, much of the variety of Indian dishes is differentiated by the type of curry ( spice mixture ) they use to cook every sauce and sometimes it varies depending on the region. In the north it is more common to find more recipes with meat, for most Muslim influence in the south and more vegetarian dishes, accompanied by rice or chapatti , a type of bread with very skillfully and , like a spoon , pick up the meal with four fingers of the right hand, in the south is still common to serve food in banana leaves and also eat with your hands , but less and less.
